I have a 9530 with the BES. When I send an e-mail from my desktop it ends up in my Inbox and Sent items folder on my BB device. How do I stop it from hitting my Inbox on my device?

Does this happen with your work e-mails or do you also have a personal account that has the same issue? Do either use GMail? This link may help:

Thanks for the response...i don't have a personal account on my device...only work e-mails through BES and no GMail.

I've not heard of this happening with BES mail before...maybe one of our BES experts can weigh in on this one? Also, have you discussed this with your BES Administrator as yet?

Your Forwarding/CC/BCCing yourself are you? No mail rules in effect? And the new message in your inbox doesn't show up on your desktop write only the BB?

By Inbox on your BB you don't mean the messages folder do you? If so does it have check box next to it? If so hit the menu key go to options and make sure hide sent messages is set to yes.
