Hey,

Im pretty new to Blackberry and ive never had one before, can anyone explain please how i can better my model (storm)

Ive got the app world from blackberry and have downloaded most of the apps i require you know facebook and such

No idea how to upgrade though

Help Please!!!

Instructions to upgrade are in the Sticky Note at the top of this 9500 section... follow the instructions as written.

If you follow the steps in the sticky exactly, it's actually pretty easy. You'll be a pro at it in no time!
