Default Basic Question about Display

Please Login to Remove!

My wife can not figure out how to find her text messages. I have a Curve and I can't figure it out either. I feel kind of stupid about it. Their not under "messages" which is the first option.

Help.

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

messages - menu is one way

Another way is to go to menu - options - general options - sms and e-mail boxes separate.

This will give you an icon

Ok, so I found the texts by going to messages ---> view folder ---> SMS Inbox. Now I can not figure out how to bring this folder to the main menu where it is accessible all the time.

Thanks, getting closer.

By default you should have an icon that says SMS and MMS. Could it be that she hid it by mistake?

From the full menu screen (it shows up when you hold the phone sideways) press the BB button and select "show all". You should see the SMS and MMS icon which will show you the messages.

Hope this helps
