Question Applications Center icon showing...

Please Login to Remove!

When I press the blackberry menu key and hold it down, it of course shows me the running programs horizontal menu. In the line is the Applications Center icon. But it is closed. If I press on the icon in the center screen horizontal list, it does not come up. All ofher programs do. If I press on the Applications Center icon within the actual Applications Menu, it works fine. I have Auto Update for Applications Center OFF. Anyone know why I cannot get it off the horizontal menu. I don't want it to be sitting there using up battery power if it is auto updating anyway.

Any ideas?

Default

if you're sure that auto-refresh is off, you may need to do a battery pull to remove it from the list of running apps.

Default Interesting...

Yes I thought that too and since I have Quickpull, it used it. Same issue. I then went to bed, figuring, tackle it tomorrow. I have an automatic Quickpull set to 4am each day. I wake up this morning, the icon is now gone from the horrizontal menu! Go figure. Two Quickpulls did it? Oh well thanks for your input. Issue resolved.
