I just got a Storm today and switched from a Curve. How do I transfer info from my old media card to the new one that is in the storm? Thanks for your help in advance!

How about copying the directories onto your computer and then from your computer to the other media card?

You might have to format it for the new os. It happens sometimes.

When you connect your BlackBerry it should show up as a drive (if mass storage support is on) so you select it and copy.

I didn't want the same media card in because it was only 2G; the phone came with an 8G. I bought a card reader and just downloaded it to my computer and then copied to the new card and then put it in the phone. Thanks for your responses though.

Glad to know you got it sorted out.

Now I have to swap out the phone for a different Storm. I noticed that the screen covering the speaker in the back of the phone is dented. The store that I bought it from is going to have more in on Friday. I will have to start all over again...lol.
