Some how my emails are being erased on my exchange server whenever I use blackberry to route them to me. It is seems to happen from day to day.


Any suggestions?

Can you give us some information about your setup? How are you connecting to your Exchange, BES, BIS?

yeah we need more information. Are your reconsile settings to delete on the hand held and mailbox? Are you on a bes or bis?

This can also happen perhaps if you have your emails to delete after 15/30 days?

Maybe you're device is running low on memory, I know your call logs can delete if that happens
