Had a Storm 9500 now for around 3 weeks.

Must say it's disappointing.

The internet is great, as is the music player (MP3) but as a phone, it's useless.

Other than the compulsory crashes, freeze ups, & other annoying such habits, the phone doesn't charge properly.

The battery life is ridiculously poor - full charge over night, phone will flatten with avergage usage in a day ? surely this cannot be right ?

I have a car charger which is the 3rd I've used with the handset and whilst it appears that the charger works, the phone does not charge ? So annoying.

Sound quality on loudspeaker is also poor compared the my previous Curve (which was brilliant).

Bluetooth (headset etc.) also cancels out periodically for no reason whatsoever.

I paid big money for the upgrade but so far, the handset just doesn't deliver which is a shame bearing in mind for the last 2 years, I've Blackberry's which have been exceptional.

Have you reached out to anyone in an attempt to resolve these issues? Carrier, here, etc...

Many of your issues are likely attributed to your OS, and you may see some relief with an upgrade.

I'd suggest you got a problem unit based on your battery experience. Have you spoken with the entity you purchased it from to afford them a chance to make it right?

You've sure got the woa is me thing down, but I don't see a single question in here that would suggest you're asking for help. Given that you did not post in the R&R forum, you should be asking a question to the forum members here.

You can upgrade to os 4.7.0.141 and resolve many bugs on your storm.
