Default Can't connect using BB Browser

OK...maybe someone here can help. I have a 9530 with BES activated. I am trying to connect to the internet using the BB browser with no luck. I keep getting the "Unable to Connect to Mobile Data Services..." I have worked with IT and they don;t see any issues on their end. We have other BB users who are using the BB browser just fine. I have wiped the phone, re-activated and still getting the same message. Weird thing is i can use the BB home page that is bookmarked...but no other site.

Can anyone help? Am i missing something? I am about read to go back to the Palm...
