Recently bought an unlocked and pin released Voda Storm. I'm now running it on my o2 contract sim, emails, BB messenger, it all works. Got it all working no problem, I just have one l'il niggle. Every now and again the browser keeps changing to o2 active. It stays on the BB browser settings most of the time, but on occasion it switches to o2 active. Now I dont want this because it uses WAP to surf and so I get charged.

Anyone any ideas? Oh the only thing I havent done to 'finalise' the switchover is, I'm still running the voda OS. It'll be getting updated and deleted vendor xml soon, would this be the cause?

This can happen if you attempt to open a WAP site in the BlackBerry Browser.

The operating system will not affect this issue, but you should definitely upgrade.
