I will start the conspiracy.

I think Verizon purposely takes a long time to release OS's so you start having the feeling of upgrading to a better phone. I had the 8830 and loved it, but I wanted to have streaming videos and a little better OS. We all know how long that took to come out after 4.2. I know I could of used a leaked version but I didnt want to ruin my phone. Once they release the storm 2 i bet Verizon will release the .113 OS 3 months later just to encourage users to purchase the Storm 2 which probably will have some way better OS. Thats my idea at least.
