Default Getting Videos on the Storm

Please Login to Remove!

What am I doing wrong? I transferred some videos to the Storm, but I can't find it in Media.

Here is a screenshot:

I tried looking for a tutorial on youtube, but they all are video reviews and basic use tutorials not Media tutorials.

Thanks,

How did you transfer the file to your device?

Enable Mass Storage Mode, connect your device to your PCand go to Windows Explorer. You should seen the device as a removable disc with a new drive letter. You can drag and drop the file onto your media card.

On the device go into your media application, press the menu key and select explore. Browse to the location you placed the file and you should see it.

I used the program on the screen shot, but the first time I used the Win Explorer to do it. I can see it in Windows Explorer and I can see the files, but when I go to Media>Videos I can't find them.

EDIT: Reset the phone and it worked just fine. Go figure. Thanks!

What about when you try the explore option mentioned above?
