Default Music files don't show up after transfer

Please Login to Remove!

After I transfer music files to my sim card via the USB cable the files do not show up in the menu on the music player. I have to either remove the sim card and riensert or reboot the phone. Then the files are there. Is there an easier way?

There should be a update options in the music player menu. If you click on that it will automatically update your new files in the playing list.

I am having similar issues. When I load music, certain albums will only display the first five tracks. And it will rotate which albums have this issue.

I thought I found a "scan for new music" or something along those lines at one point, but after reading this thread took a second look and was not able to find that option.
