i have a storm 9530. verizon wireless. updated to the os 132. all of a sudden my phone has slowed up and it freezes on the camera and the messages. and now it likes to do a restart as if i pulled the battery. i downloaded the smsviewer and then this started. maybe this did it. any suggestions?

You should check smsviewer to see if it's compatible with your .132 OS.

uninstall smsviewer, also if it still happens, move the data off your media card, format it in the phone, then delete the dat files off the data moved from the media card and then move just your files back onto the card.

Thanks guys. I found out it was the sms viewer I think. But when I'm texting the reaction with the buttons and the light doesn't work. It types but the highlight on th letter doesn't show up.
