Default Can't sync organizer data with Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I've just taken delivery of my Storm and am having a problem synchronizing organizer data from my pc.

When I try to configure 'synchronize organizer data' in Blackberry desktop manager it doesn't show Outlook as an option.

My service provider tech support have been no help. I'm running MS Outlook 2000 on my pc. Can anyone help please?

Double-check me on this, but your Outlook may be too old for the new version of desktop manager you are using. I think desktop manager version 4.2 service pack 2 may work for you, if my memory is correct.

Aiharkness is correct. You need Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2/SP3.
