Default Just got BB Storm! - Questions!

Please Login to Remove!

So I just got my Storm 9530, unlocked for AT&T. Prior to buying it I did a lot of research and now I need some answers or if you could point me to a place for answers.

1) Since this isn't an AT&T phone, how do I add a Blackberry Data Plan? When I go to my account online it won't let me change my device to a different Blackberry.

2) My phone says edge, not EDGE. I remember reading something about this but I don't remember specifically.

3) When in a phone call, it says the previous owners phone number, not mine. How do I fix this?

That's all!

Thanks!

Just call and ask for the plan on your account. Tell them you bought an unlocked phone online and need to register the pin as well. Hopefully the previous owner didn't register the pin or de-registered it.

edge means no bb data plan.
EDGE means bb data plan.

For #3 if you go to the options on the dialing screen you should be able to see the option to fix that.

I don't see an option for this.

Your other answers worked perfectly, though. Thank you!

Go to options > advanced options > Sim card. You can change your number there.
