Default How do you get a replacement Storm?

Recently, my screen just started getting stuck in the bottom left corner. I don't know why. Sometimes I can't even answer calls because of it. I didn't do anything to damage it and I never dropped the phone. On top of this, I am having tons of other problems. Sometimes the camera won't work and sometimes it will just go into camera mode by itself, half the screen will be in camera mode, and the other half is the main screen. Also, it started freezing up a lot and rebooting.

I want to get a replacement. I purchased the phone only 4 months ago. Do I have to go into the Verizon store where I bought it, or can I just call up customer service and tell them about it and ask for a replacement?

Call or visit any Verizon corporate store. Do not visit an authorized retailer.

Also, you have a 9530, not a 9500.

Yeah if you have the Verizon insurance you can take it back and let them know of the trouble you are having. Also, I believe you get a year warranty on all phones so since the Storm came out back in October I believe you are good to go.

Phone has a year warranty, just take it to a Verizon Corporate store, or dial 611 ... Either option will get you a replacement.
