Hi
I am just setting my storm sound profiles and i'm confused.
I set a profile active say 'normal' go down to 'set ring tones/alerts' alter the volume ringtone etc and it alters all the profiles even 'silent'.
what am i doing wrong? I have the latest .141 firmware.

Just tried setting up a custom profile to try and get around the problem. whatever i set on my new custom profile then alters all the pre-set profiles to match.
This is crazy...........
