I'd imagine that posts of a similar nature have been put up all over this site, but I'm not much of a technophile, so I'm hoping that someone can just clearly explain / instruct me whether I can in actual fact receive emails from my Microsoft Outlook EXPRESS and how I go about doing that.

I do not (as yet) have a Blackberry Enterprise Server account, and although I'm aware I do need this to have emails redirected to my BB Storm, I'm not sure whether this will even work with Outlook EXPRESS (I don't use Outlook or Exchange)

If anyone can help me out and tell me how to go about setting this up it would be greatly appreciated, and hopefully turn what has proved to be a bit of a rubbish phone so far into something quite useful

You need a BlackBerry Data Plan provisioned on your wireless account, which will give you access to BlackBerry Internet Service. (BIS)
Outlook Express (or Outlook) doesn't ever come into play.
BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) integrates directly with your mail server... not your mail client.

Forget Redirector entirely. It won't work for you at all.
