Help. I'm having this issue with my brand new storm. I've not been able to add a single app into the phone but I can remove apps from the phone.

What happens when you attempt to add an app? Error messages? Are you attempting to add them via OTA or by cabling the device to your PC?

Sorry, Somehow I got it working after not touching it for a week. So now, It's my first time using a blackberry so please forgive my noobness. I have a few things I need to find out about my Blackberry, If you could please help me out?
Well, How do I set up an email account? It keeps asking for a blackberry enterprise account, Which I have totally no clue about.
How come I can't surf the web with my old data plan and why is the browser named as my carrier?

Was your old data plan for a device other than a BlackBerry? You will need a BlackBerry specific data plan for everything to work correctly.

Enterprise E-mail is your work e-mail, which is set up on a BlackBerry BES server by your employer. Personal e-mail can be set up by going to the "Manage Internet E-Mail" icon on your home screen.

Nope my old data plan was just a normal one. Well thank you :D I'll get my blackberry data plan and see how everything works out. When I get my blackberry data plan, Would it be possible to use it on other mobiles as well?
