Help. I'm having this issue with my brand new storm. I've not been able to add a single app into the phone but I can remove apps from the phone.

What happens when you attempt to add an app? Error messages? Are you attempting to add them via OTA or by cabling the device to your PC?

Was your old data plan for a device other than a BlackBerry? You will need a BlackBerry specific data plan for everything to work correctly.

Enterprise E-mail is your work e-mail, which is set up on a BlackBerry BES server by your employer. Personal e-mail can be set up by going to the "Manage Internet E-Mail" icon on your home screen.
