Log into your BIS account and resend them. Just make sure you have the correct IMEI and PIN loaded into BIS.

No, in this user's case calling Rogers to push the service books or doing it yourself won't work. He must have the generic books, like you'll see we've published in the Sticky Note for ATT and TMo.

Rogers does not have the Storm device, therefore they don't have the corresponding service books for the Storm. A generic SB will work, but it can't be pushed, and has to be manually loaded.

If you desire to be helpful, we have an entire thread in the Stickies here with complete instructions on running the Storm on ATT and TMo.
Unlocked Storm on AT&T or T-Mobile

We'd love to have your "expert" input on the Rogers' process, and you are more than welcome to post the instructions and the required Rogers service books here.

That's how you can help out. Thanks!

hilu80, I just read your Crackberry link... there is absolutely no information there about Rogers or Rogers Service Books, and if you read this thread, you will note that "was" the topic here before you sauntered by.

FYI, I am a member of CB also, quite longer than yourself and with many many more posts than yourself.

If you want to help out here, please keep the thread on topic and post helpful information, not just links that lead us no where.

No one is upset...

I'm just clarifying, rather than leading any users astray.
