Default Error Backing up

Please Login to Remove!

I went to back up my storm and the error backing up came up! I went in and cleared the cache in the web browser and still same result.....can anybody help me with that.......im running 4.7.0.122

Where/when is the error occuring?

If it is on a database that isn't critical, say profiles, try using the advanced feautures in desktop manager to clear the database and try again.

If on calendar or contacts or something like that, you might clear the database and then re-sync, if you have been sync'ing your blackberry to Outlook or something like that.

Just some examples. Depends, though, on the nature of the problem you are having.

it changes! It will stop and many different places all towards the end but when I look to see if there is a specific one its not.....It will from mms messages to profiles to Custom word entries.....Whole bunch of different things!

Even if you are not using a hub, it wouldn't hurt to try a different usb port. The fact that it errors at different points each time seems strange, at least to me.

Can you post the error messages?

Also, have you looked at the desktop manager log for clues?
