Where/when is the error occuring?
If it is on a database that isn't critical, say profiles, try using the advanced feautures in desktop manager to clear the database and try again.
If on calendar or contacts or something like that, you might clear the database and then re-sync, if you have been sync'ing your blackberry to Outlook or something like that.
Just some examples. Depends, though, on the nature of the problem you are having.
