Okay so I have everything working on my Storm except for EVDO ( waiting on the Cable so I can fix this) however, when I try to set up my emails it tells me my device already has a email assigned to it and I need to call Alltel as they are my service provider. I am not supposed to have the phone on through Alltel anyway and when I did the MEID switch I got questioned a lot but I remained evasive. I happy with everything and will be ecstatic if I can get my email working. Can anyone lend me some advice? Or should I bite the bullet and call Alltel and tell them the error message I received. Can they even fix it? Thanks in advance and yes I tried searching first

Is that actual error you're getting, or one more like "the device is already registered on another network"?

It does not say anything about another network it simply states, "Cannot create account: An account already exists for this blackberry device. Please log in or contact alltel at 1 800 255 8351." I tried to retrieve what ever I could off the Alltel.blackberry.com website however when I enter my pin it states no username and password exists please create new account by logging into the BIS. Also I believe this Storm was setup on a BES not a BIS by the previous owner while it was on Verizon. Can that cause a problem?

Okay I think I know what the problem is and I need some help from anyone at Verizon. I think I accidentally registered my BB pin to the VZW blackberry server and I need to have that removed from the VZW BIS so I can properly register it with Alltel. Can anyone help me?

update I do have EVDO working yeah!!!

Okay just a note I had to get Verizon to release my BB PIN so that I could get it registered with the Alltel site. now everything seems to work.
