Question Questions About Vlingo 2.1

Hello friends:

I have installed the Vlingo 2.1 before it went from FREE to for sale. It still has all the features for free ... before you had to pay for them.

My question is ... when I update the OS the next time ... I will need to reinstall it but those features are no longer free. How do I get the app in it's current state to be saved so I can install this same version I have and not have to pay for the features after I upgrade the OS???

In other words ... is there a way to get this off my phone and save it so I can keep the same version.

When upgrading the OS, it should backup and restore your apps/data. It will not upgrade your 3rd party applications.
