hey guys need your help i am getting a app error 523 i donwloaded jl cmdr and tried to do a whipe but wont work because the usb device is not recognized so what do i need to do. i was installing some language pack that worked on my 8300 8800 and my 8100 and it is suppose to work on 9500 but i guess not. need help please

Does Desktop Manager detect your device?

If so, launch DM and go into App Loader and uncheck the app that you installed last. That should remove it from your device.
