Wirelessly posted (7130e)

Upgraded to .148 last night and now I notice when I go to open an attached PDF file from an email I received, I get the error message: "This attachment type can not be viewed on your devise"

Any suggestions?

Go to Options, Advanced Options, Applications and make sure you have Blackberry Attachment Service installed.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already made sure that the Attachment Service was installed on the upgrade.

someone on another forum mentioned there is already a .151 version on line--the OS of the day. It seems to be a never ending cycle of updates from RIM. I remember this sort of thing happening back in the 80's with FoxPro. About once a week, or more frequently, they would send me 10-13 floppy disks of the latest build of the program. I can't see how they could afford to do that for all their customers. At least nowadays, distribution costs are minimal--it's the loss of consumer confidence that is a software provider's biggest bugaboo now.

Same here.

Previously, I could view PDF attachments even WITHOUT Docs 2 Go installed.

i just opened a pdf i emailed to my phone, it opened fine....
