I downloaded a movie to my Storm and when playing back it resets the phone. Can anyone explain why it is doing this?

You may need to reformat your media card.

If I reformat my card, won't I lose all the information on it? Forgive my ignorance!

I think I have figured out the problem. When I originally copied the file to the phone, I did not convert it for optimization. I have since done so and it plays fine. I am in the process of putting my second move on the phone right now.
