Last night I installed .151 for my Storm 9500. It installed fine - took under 30 minutes. However, I have had a lot of crashes and the home screen (Sniperet) wasn't working properly - so I decided to downgrade.

When I downgraded, it all went fine until Loader started restoring the backup - it was still at the same point (restoring Messages) after 90 minutes. So I killed it and successfully restored the backup after that.

I'm now trying to upgrade to .151 - it upgraded fine - but it again got stuck on the restore of the backup. I killed it after 90 minutes. So I'm now trying to restore last night's backup - but again its taking forever - its been going for over an hour now. And yet this backup was successfully restored in 10 or 15 minutes last night? Doesn't make sense to me?

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

You may have a corrupted database. If the backup is failing consistently at a particular database, you can use the Advanced portion of the Backup/Restore to uncheck that particular database you are getting stuck on, and should be able to backup with no issues.
