Default Question about background color for icons on .148

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all, I have a question about the .148 update. I have an unlocked storm that I use with tmobile. But it seems after I updated it sunday night, The blue backlight when I highlight something seems very....I dont know what the technical terms is, almost pixelated, cheap coloring. Kind of like how icons look if you remote into a computer. It's not a performance issue but it is starting to bother me looking at such an ugly icon. I noticed my sisters phone doing that when she first got hers. Benounce to me I didn't know I had not updated so I thought it was just her phone messing up. But as soonas I updated I have the ugly blue pixelation on my phone as well.
Is this just our phones? Or has someone else actually experienced this?

It's the color banding issue referenced in most of the Storm forums. It was reportedly done by RIM to increase performance in the OS. With the latest update, there is nothing you can do but roll back to .90 or earlier beta.
