Default Only showing todays email

Please Login to Remove!

After upgrading to the Official Verizon OS, after all is complete and reactivation via BES. Only todays email is showing in my inbox. I have 77 items on my Outlook and only the 5 from today are on my Storm. This did not happen when upgrading from .75 to .122. Is there anything else I can do to sync this fully?

Did the messages get restored after the upgrade, but prior to reactivating on the BES? If it is the same device and you reactivate on the BES, the BES will not pre-populate your device with messages as it would with a new device.

Apparently they did not. Should I deactivate, remove my BES account, re-add it, then activate? Or is there another way?

That would repopulate your messages, but you would loose all of your settings.

If you have the backup, you could disable wireless sync on the device, do an advanced restore and just restore the messages database.

However, depending on your version of BES, you could just do a remote lookup of your mailbox. You don't need the messages physically on the device.
