When you go into desktop manager and select backup, there is an advanced tab. From there you can select individual databases to clear. What you want is the profiles database. Not saying that will fix your problem, just that's the answer to your question. But it will result in your profiles being reset to defaults. If that doesn't fix it, then it would seem it's the app.
lemme start with profiles... thx.. will let you know if it was that. I don't think it's the app as when i go into profiles and choose any ringtone or tone and press the test button..... nothing... dead silence.
