Default 9530 .148 File free drain?

Has anyone noticed a memory leak with this OS? I have NEVER had a low memory notice until today which is a day after I installed the OS. I had even deleted all my email/SMS/telephone history (call log) to free up RAM for the install.

Currently with a minimal amount of Apps installed (and running) I have 37171096 bytes free... this is less than I had with the previous leaked OS.

Also I notice that now when I reboot my phone the yahoo chat program is "always" on and I have to shut it down even if I'm not logged in.

I haven't noticed this problem. I went from .122 to .148 and just about everything has improved. Only complaint is battery life has diminished.
