Default SMS Icon Gone

My Storm turned on after a battery pull today and I got the error

"Uncaught Exception:java.lang.nullpointerexception"

Now my SMS folder is gone and I have no idea how to get it back.
I also called my phone to see if I could receive calls and I can't. It goes to my old voice message also, and not the one that I set with VyMail.
Here's what I tried:

Battery Pull
Email options and separating the folders
Removing VyMail (I read on another site that this may have caused it and also my voice mail message is different which made me believe that)
Show All (wasn't there)

WHAT DO I DO?
Please help.
Thanks.
