Default a couple of problems with STORM

Please Login to Remove!

hello all, i hope someone can help me out, as per title i will list a couple of problems i have been having lately:
first problem:
The right botton to the volume to make it higher, while i am listenong to some music, if i press it to pick up the volume, instead of doing it's job, it goes to the next song, as if i was pressing "next song"; but to lower the volume it works.
second problem:
whenever i sync my BB with microsoft outlook, i ALWAYS get the same report, that it ignored 3 datas, i will attach a copy of the message. it basically says in italian "during the sync it has been ignored 3 records as explained........................... for more info see the registry"
third problem
in the call log, sometimes i see the last call received or missed or dialed on the top of the list and sometimes it just disappears, its not in the list anymore. hows that?
how do i see HTML emails? so i dont get the text in the email "if u dont see this email correctly click the following link" i wanna see it directly as html.
fourth "problem"
how do i set the STORM to be able to watch youtube without using WAP, just my bb.apn? i read a thread on this but cant find it anymore

thank you to whoever can help me

carlo

1. Your music player is basically working correct.
A quick tap of the volume control will raise or lower the volume. A hard press or prolonged press of the up/down volume will advance or retreat a track.
2. Sync check the sync log in your Desktop Manager > Sync to see if there are other details.
3. Call Log - don't know, very odd.
4. HTML. Set your email to default to HTML in the Messages > Options > General Settings. You will still need to press Get Images in most emails to view the images.
5. Youtube. Are you using the Youtube app or viewing via your browser?

answer number 2, there is no particular information there, i will copy athe jpg file for you to see
as per answer number 5, i use the browser, when i click see the video it opens up media player.

another question. is there a way to see the emails i send from my laptop on my BB and viceversa?
so i can always see the history?

1. Try the down volume key with the short tap (to lower volume) and long press (to change tracks back one track), does that key work properly?

5. I honestly don't know the answer to that. Some media players and apps will allow you to set your wap or TCP or BIS. I don't believe the native media player of the BlackBerry will allow that.

ok, ill just tried it, with an extremely short tap to raise the volume, it will raise it, but has to be minimal.

thanks

You will need to BCC yourself for that, and then set a rule IN OUtlook to move that email to your sent folder. On your BIS account, set a filter so that you don't get the same email back to your BlackBerry.

Otherwise, you need a BES account for full reconcile of messages.
