Default Redirector Issues

Have used DM and DR on another set and another device with a different profile -

Just set up DM on a different computer with a new profile and 9500 device and DM is syncing just fine, however DR doesn't seem to be working.

DM shows correct device PIN connected but shows NONE for active device.

DR says STOPPED and does not have a PIN displayed, also says unable to verify forwarding address in Status.

I am on BIS attempting to sync with work exchange server account on work set.

I generated a new encryption key manually, status says "Peding Update"

Not sure what to do next, thanks for your help.
