I have tried several times unsuccessfully to rid myself of these email messages on my outlook at work. The message i get is from blackberry.net and it reads that the information in the email is being used to update the server and should not be deleted. Verizon folks have had me reinstall the desktop software being careful NOT to select corporate email. On the third call in to verizon, the tech assist said my account was set up as a corporate email and then changed to regular email. we then reinstalled and rebooted everything. At first, everything seemed ok but after a few days, I started getting the same ETA messages from blackberry.net. though this time, I only get them on my outlook on my pc, not my device.

As well, i've noticed that once these messages appear, I do not get all emails on my device. Otherwords, some emails that appear in outlook do not arrive on my device.

After clicking the link, i see that is the message i get, and I have reinstalled softwear being careful NOT to install redirector. What next?

Just install and set up your information. Should be good to for from there.

Been there... reinstalled three times & as I said before, the RIM message stops for a while and then starts reappearing after a few days. Funny thing I just noticed is that when I start getting the messages, I don't receive all my emaiols on my device.

Anybody else have a solution. this is rather frustrating getting RIm messages and not receiving all my email
