DM enabling/locking firewall -

Back in '04 I bought a BB and put it on my companies BES. I left the company recently and of course the BB is no longer on their servers. I recently purchased a Storm and ran into an issue with the BB firewall being enabled and locked. After doing much research here I deleted the blank policy that I had to install in order to remove the IT policy from the old BB, completely deleted everything having to do with BB from my pc, deleted the registry data and the vendor.xml file, and finally wiped the BB and deleted all backup files. I reinstalled DM and found out that it is enabling and locking the firewall. Is there something else that I can do? If not, is there another way to reinstall my contacts and media and manage the BB?
