Exclamation Still Problems Connecting To Bes

I previously posted a query about my Storm not connecting to our BES... The phone queries the server, but then times out and displays an error message. It's been a long road to trying to resolve this and we haven't won yet. The frustrating thing is that before my upgrade to the Storm, my BES profile worked perfectly.

So I'm wondering if it's a setting on the phone and have had our IT team check it out as well. To that end, my query on this thread:
  1. Is it correct that the default services setting for Calendar (CICAL) and Messaging (CMIME) should be Desktop (not Blackberry)? My Contacts setting won't display anything other than Blackberry.
  2. My service book shows settings for Blackberry, but only two for Desktop (CMIME and CICAL). Does this mean the service book is incomplete? If so, how do I update it.
Hoping that I'm getting closer to a solution.
