No Updates Available...

Anyone else not able to upgrade their phone? I keep checking for updates from Verizon and that is all I get.

I don't have a Windows based computer right now so I can't try through the DM.

You need Verizon branded OS 4.7.0.65 or OS 4.7.0.75 on your device in order to be able to upgrade over the air.

OK, that would explain it. I guess I'm poop out of luck then. I don't see buying another Windows machine just to mess with this phone.

Any workarounds? Can I take it to them and get it upgraded?

You may be able to take it to them to update. However, I have found verizon techs to not be very supportive unless there is a huge problem. You may just have to wait it out or use parallels to use windows
