Default Updated my OS and now my browser won't work?

Please Login to Remove!

Okay so I loaded up the Desktop Manager to load some more music to my media card and when it connected it came up with a message about an update being available. So I installed the updated OS and went from 4.7.0.76 to 4.7.0.148 then for the most part my phone still worked the same Blackberry Messenger and all still worked fine as well as email and stuff but my browser wouldn't work and I couldn't use Application World. It was giving me some error about having to upgrade my plan to support it or something. So I reinstall the old OS and it's back to normal. Is this something screwy with Telus or does someone have any idea what was going on with my phone and the supposedly 'updated' OS?

Wirelessly posted (Hey I'm cool…)

Also try re-sending your service books.

The phone is "not" on a BES and how do I resend the service books? I already tried and couldn't figure it out. With my old Pearl I just had to go into the service books part of the advanced options menu and hit resend from the menu or something like that but there are no options like that on my Storm that I can find.
