I downloaded a movie to my computer. It plays on my computer but when I convert it for optimal use on my phone, it does not bring over the audio. Any ideas?

You need to adjust the audio codecs to play on the bb.

Check at BBFAQ for the file types that work. Also, there may be some info in the 'media' section on the forums

I looked in the media section and couldn't find anything. How do I adjust the codec and do I do this before I download the file to the phone?
