Default Email Deleting from Server

Please Login to Remove!

I have the Storm and I set up a POP3 account that I use at work. All of a sudden, the email is downloading to my Storm but I can no longer download it at work. When I am at work I'd rather open my emails on my computer.

I can't seem to find a setting anyway that will allow me to keep the email on the server. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

What email client are you using on your work PC?

If it is Outlook, you need to get into the email account set up and go to the advanced tab and check "leave mail on server". I would also set the next box to leave it there for some amount of time before deleting.

Other email clients should have a similar Leave Mail on Server feature. I know Thunderbird does, but they are all located in different places.

I'm using a Mac with Mail.app

Sorry, I should have been a little more clear, the problem isn't on my computer, I have it to delete a message 1 week after I read it. The blackberry gets the email immediately, so the computer doesn't even have a chance to download the mail.

Is there a setting on the blackberry somewhere to leave the mail on the server? The first couple of days it did, now it doesn't, strange to say the least.

Could be a MAC problem. Did you look in the MAC section or search?

I figured it out. The Blackberry set up my account as an IMAP not a POP3. On my Mac, it was POP3. I backed up everything in my email account, deleted it and recreated it as an IMAP and now it works. Thanks for the help.
