Default Doc's to Go

Sorry for the newb question. I have a 9530 Storm and can't figure out how to use this app. What is the trick to transfer documents into these folders?

You mean add DOC's & XL to your phone? I just use the USB cable and your phone becomes a drive and move what every you want into the folder. I have several DOC's and Excel spread sheets on my phone and they all work great.
