Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded the free trial of Pocket Informant for BB Storm. How do I get Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Memo's, etc. from Outlook into Pocket Informant?

Memos dont sync, but see the manual (http://download.pocketinformant.com/...0Reference.pdf) and search for Outlook and/or sync.

PI has been my favorite app of its kind for many years. I've had it on my Storm since it became compatible and I recall there was initial discussion regarding your question. I have the following settings in my PI options-"sync options" and it all works fine when I connect to my PC and outlook for syncing.... I set PI to override storm's calendar and then go to your BB desktop set up sync from device TO outlook. I have it set like this because I always use PI to input a new appt. Same setting is used for tasks and contacts. Hope this helps..it's been a while since I set it up and if it doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll do a better job retracing my steps. Also, WEBIS has a great info forum re PI and their help folks are very responsive.

The memo, calendar, tasks and contacts should all synchronize to your Exchange / domino server through your BES server and then onto your Outlook client. Check with your BES admin why it is not synchronizing, we have to reset the odd account every now and again.

If I remember correctly, you have to sync the BB to Outlook for contacts and calendar and then PI syncs to the BB.
