Recently I noticed that sometimes when I answer a phone call my Storm restarts. It's more than a bit annoying since it takes a long time to boot up and then I need to return the missed call. Can any one help with this?

If a hard reset does not fix it then I'd try installing the latest available OS for your device or reistalling if already using latest. Downgrading may also be an option.

A hard reset is slightly different from a crash other than just being user initiated. Pull battery while device is powered on.

I had the same problem with my old Curve, and after trying a million different things with no luck, I eventually switched it out for a new one.

You could also try wiping the Blackberry using JL Cmdr and re-instal the OS.
If that doesnt work I would trade it out as adorkable said.

Mine restarts after listening to music for a while (maybe 5-7 songs) and when i go to push any button (or the screen) it just shuts down and eventually restarts...any ideas?
