My Blackberry Storm 9530 will not ring anymore after firmware upgrade to V4.7.0.122.
Did Wipe handheld, same results.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

What are the settings in your profile?

Go back to the software you had and see if that fixes it?

I've had this issue when I've put the phone into Vibrate mode using the icon on the home screen. When I switch back to Normal sometimes it still won't ring. The standard solution is to remove the battery and replace. That's always done the trick for me.
