Default Lost folders on desktop explorer

Please Login to Remove!

I seem to have lost my BB folders in Explorer, and so am unable to transfer files between my Storm 9500 and my XP computer.
All I can see is the device memory and one folder with music, that I have transfered.
I have a further ten folders showing on the BB.
I am still a novice at BB as I have only had it a week ! Can anyone help please

Make sure your Mass Storage Mode Support is on. This is under, Options-Memory. Also reboot your computer. And a battery pull on the phone.

Default Lost folders on desktop explorer

I have tried all that already.
Seem now to be having problems with Docs to Go on the BB. Having difficulty selecting cells on sheet to go.
I am going to try and download the App again and see if that rectifies the problem, unless anyone has any other ideas.
