Default Purchasing Unlock Codes - Asking for Help

Please Login to Remove!

I fear that I may have to use an Unlocking website for a code for another Storm.
Does anyone have an unlock site that they have used? There are a few out there and I want to go with one that people have had experience / success with.

Also, does anyone know HOW the Unlocking sites are able to access the codes? I'm curious as to how they are able to attain the codes to unlock our BlackBerries.

Thanks all.

Most of the time the sites have a program that generates a code to unlock the phone by IMEI number. Typically that company/person pays a certain amount for either the program or per code.
