Desktop Manager Help
 

When I synchronize my phone to the outlook contacts, I am unable to syn them from my phone to my computer. I have many more contacts on my phone than the computer because I recently had my computer reformatted. I thought I had saved my contacts but lost them all.
It appears to be working (although not taking much time), but when I check, there has been no change. Are there any secrets out there I should try??

on your phone go to you mail box and click the black-berry buttom-than Options-Email Reconciliation-On Conflicts-- change to what you want.
