My goal is to use the Storm on the Bell Mobility network. While I can get the phone number to work, when I check the Status, it tells me that it is Roaming, which I believe means that it is still connected to the Verizon network. I can't seem to find the right settings to put in the fields after I do the ##000000.
I guess I thought that because I kept seeing the Verizon screen, I was under the assumption that maybe it was still connected to Verizon. I went to the actual store, but the person was so confused, I left.
I will call Bell and see if they can give me the correct settings.
One other problem I noted, is that the Email settings seem to point to a BES instead of giving me the option to create a local email account. |
