Welcome to BBF tjones. If you haven't already done so, you should skim through BlackberryFAQ to familiarize yourself with the Blackberry device.

This will get you started:

1. How Can i reset the whole phone so where i can just start all over?
Read: How To Wipe All User Data This will erase ALL user data currently on the device and reset most settings back to factory default.

2. Its on att now so how can i use browser beccause i have a data plan?
Read: Unlocked Storm on AT&T or T-Mobile and What do I need a Data Plan for?

3. how can i add ringtones or pictures to it?
Read: How do I get ringtones on my BlackBerry?
and What kind of ringtones/audio can my Blackberry have? and How do I add media files to my microSD card?

5. Im guessing i cant download stuff because i have no internet? thanks!
Read: Unlocked Storm on AT&T or T-Mobile and What do I need a Data Plan for?

Although some of the information in these links are for different model Blackberry devices, most of it will still apply to the Storm. Good luck.
