i just had my storm i bought for only 125$ new in box! unlocked. But there are alot of things i cant figure out after hours of research. please answer if you can.

1. How Can i reset the whole phone so where i can just start all over?
i saw use quickpull? but idk how to do that im not bb savy :[
2. Its on att now so how can i use browser beccause i have a data plan?
3. how can i add ringtones or pictures to it?
4. can i use the navigator still or wil it charge me?
5. Im guessing i cant download stuff because i have no internet? thanks!

Welcome to BBF tjones. If you haven't already done so, you should skim through BlackberryFAQ to familiarize yourself with the Blackberry device.
